INFORMATION AND ADVICE
The Convention Bureau gives you complete information about different meeting venues in the town, accomodation, cultural and sporting activities.
It also organizes inspection tours for the organizers.

MEETING-ROOM RENTAL
Meeting-room rental in the Congress Centre or in another venue in town.
Technical services (audio-visual equipment, full sound system and logistics assistance)
Catering (dinners, buffets, cocktails, coffee-breaks...)

ACCOMODATION
Full handling of hotel reservations.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Gala evenings, theme parties in traditionnal settings, cultural and tourist tours, sporting activities.

TRANSFERT SERVICE
Handling of transfer services and bus shuttles.

DELEGATE RECEPTION
Delegate reception is the event venue. Tourist brochures for delegates.

REGISTRATION SERVICE
Reception of the registration forms and computerized handling: invoicing, financial reporting, etc...
