Wine-Tasting School
The Wine-Tasting School is for everyone who wants to learn about wine and its secrets.
This introduction to wine is divided in three parts, each lasting 3 hours. The lessons are open to everyone over 18, and are given on the first, second and third Tuesday of each month from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm in the shop "La Cave d'Yves".

A sensorial analysis lesson in olive oil and wine is available at the Chateau Virant, a unique location in France where, on the same site, you can discover the elaboration of wine and olive oil: 100 hectares of vineyards and 20 hectares of olive groves.
1 to 3 hours of sensorial analysis lessons according to the level of knowledge desired (available from 4 to 30 people).
