After 1930 the Museum of Old Aix and the Parliament holds the collections assembled by Marie d'Estienne de Saint Jean et Marcel Provence Presented to the public in a magnificent townhouse of the XVIIth century, these consist of many objects evoking the traditions of Aix and its lands.
Furniture, "santons" crib figures, costumes along with paintings screens and earthenware.Two original assemblages are very striking: the wooden puppets from the talking crib and those from the "Féte-Dieu" , a ceremony very popular in Aix until the start of the XXth century.
